Processing Time
Orders for the Heated Eye Mask for Comfort Anytime are processed and handed to our overseas fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Order Origin
This item ships to you from an overseas AliExpress-sourced fulfillment partner, not a domestic warehouse. That's reflected in the delivery windows below, and it's also why we can't offer domestic-style returns — see our Return Policy.
Shipping Time & Rates
We sell to customers in the United States. Because the item ships from an overseas supplier, please expect the following delivery windows:
- Standard Shipping: 15–30 business days
- Expedited Shipping (where available): 10–20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any current free-shipping promotion will be noted at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
International Shipping
We only sell to customers in the United States. Your order still crosses international borders in transit from our supplier, so occasional customs delays are possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages
