Return Window
Because this item ships from an overseas fulfillment partner, we generally can't accept standard change-of-mind returns — return shipping typically costs more than the item, and our supplier does not process returned goods. Within 30 days of delivery, we will make it right if your order never arrives, arrives damaged or defective, or is significantly not as described.
How to Start a Claim
Email slowsetshop@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll review and get back to you with next steps.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Change-of-mind returns (we have no domestic return address to send items back to)
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Claims made more than 30 days after the delivery date
Refunds
For approved claims (item never arrived, arrived damaged or defective, or significantly not as described), we issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement — typically without requiring you to ship anything back, since our supplier doesn't accept returned goods. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
Exchanges
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost — you won't need to return the original.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your eye mask upon arrival. If it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can send a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
We don't offer paid return shipping because there's no domestic return address for this item — our supplier doesn't accept goods shipped back to them. This applies only to change-of-mind situations; for defective, damaged, or not-as-described items, see Refunds above — those come at no cost to you.
